Feengster is a Mexican technology company that builds software with artificial intelligence for professionals, local businesses and enterprises.

The feengster.com website is our public corporate portal where we present our ecosystem and our products: Feengster Biz, Feengster Software, Feengster Webs, Feengstore and FeengsterAI. This site is informational and does not constitute a transactional platform.

You may access the site to:

• Learn about the products, services and content published by Feengster.
• Contact the team through the official channels (email and WhatsApp).
• Consult public documentation, case studies and available resources.

You may not:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or any purpose not authorized by these Terms.
• Perform massive content extraction (scraping) without prior written authorization from Feengster.

No license is granted over this content beyond the personal, non-commercial right strictly necessary for browsing the site.

"Feengster", "Feengster Biz", "Feengster Software", "Feengster Webs", "Feengstore", "FeengsterAI", "Feeng" and the associated distinctive signs are trademarks of Feengster. Their use without express, written authorization is prohibited.

The site may include references, logos or links to third-party sites and services — such as WhatsApp Business or infrastructure providers. These links are provided for convenience. Feengster does not control or endorse the content, policies or practices of such third parties and assumes no responsibility for them.

Testimonials, logos and references to clients are published with prior authorization from each of them.

Information about plans, pricing and product features is published for informational purposes and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

The final price and scope of each engagement is set forth in the commercial proposal signed between Feengster and the client. Site content does not in itself constitute a binding contractual offer.

Site content is published "as is" for informational purposes. Feengster makes its best efforts to keep it accurate, complete and current but does not guarantee that it is free from errors, omissions or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Feengster shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from access to or use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

The processing of personal data that may arise from use of the site is governed by our Privacy Notice, which is an integral part of these Terms. Use of the site implies acceptance of the current Privacy Notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation, performance or validity of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, with the parties waiving any other venue that might otherwise apply based on their present or future domicile.
