Privacy Notice

For the purposes of this Notice, Feengster is the controller of the personal data processed through this site.

feengster.com is an informational corporate site. It contains no transactional forms and creates no user accounts. The personal data that may be processed is limited to what you choose to share when contacting us.

Data categories:

• Identification and contact data: name, email, phone number, business or project name. Collected only when you send them via email (hola@feengster.com) or WhatsApp.
• Browsing and technical data: IP address, user agent, access timestamps and referer. Automatically recorded in the web server logs for security, availability and fraud prevention purposes.
• Display preferences: the visual theme (light or dark) and selected language are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). They are not transmitted to Feengster.

Primary purposes (necessary for the relationship):

• Respond to the communication you initiate via email or WhatsApp.
• Send replies, commercial proposals, quotes and materials related to Feengster products.
• Follow up with prospects and clients throughout the sales and onboarding cycle.
• Operate, maintain and protect the feengster.com website, including security incident detection and response.

Secondary purposes (ancillary, not conditioning our service):

• Occasional communications about new products, events or publications from Feengster, only if you expressly consent.
• Aggregated, anonymous statistics about site usage.

You may object to the secondary purposes at any time by sending a request to hola@feengster.com.

Feengster does not sell or trade the personal data of its visitors or prospects.

The only transfers we perform are to service providers supporting our operations, under the same protection conditions established in this Notice:

• Infrastructure and hosting provider where feengster.com resides.
• Corporate email provider used to manage the hola@feengster.com mailbox.
• WhatsApp Business (Meta Platforms, Inc.) for communications through that channel.

These transfers are necessary to fulfill the primary purposes and do not require additional consent under article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

As the data subject, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Cancel the processing when you believe it is no longer necessary for the stated purposes.
• Object to secondary purposes or specific uses affecting your interests.

To exercise any of these rights, send a request to hola@feengster.com including:

• Your full name and a contact method for our response.
• A clear and precise description of the right you wish to exercise.
• A copy of a valid official identification document confirming your identity or that of your legal representative, as applicable.

We will respond within 20 business days as provided in article 32 of the LFPDPPP. If the request is approved, effects will take place within the next 15 business days after our response.

You may withdraw the consent you have granted us for the processing of your personal data by sending a request to hola@feengster.com, following the same procedure described for ARCO rights.

Withdrawal has no retroactive effect over processing already carried out and does not apply when retention of the data is legally required.

Feengster applies reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.

These measures include TLS encryption of communications, HTTP security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy), least-privilege policies for internal systems, and access control over the infrastructure hosting the site.

feengster.com does not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies. The local storage technologies we do use, together with the controls available to the visitor, are described in our Cookie Policy.

Feengster may update this Notice to reflect changes in practices, legal requirements or products. The "Last updated" date at the top of the document marks the current version.

We recommend reviewing this Notice periodically. Substantial changes will be announced through the site.
